• Subscription: UpLevel Academy by UpLevel Suite offers a subscription service that grants you access to our library of unbranded GoHighLevel tutorial videos. The subscription is billed on a monthly basis at a rate of $67 per month.
• Payment: You will be required to provide valid payment information when you sign up for our service. By providing this information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the monthly subscription fee.
• Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled. The billing cycle begins on the day you sign up and will continue on the same date each month.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Use of Service

• Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the UpLevel Suite services for your agency’s internal use. The videos provided are unbranded and intended for client onboarding and training.
• Prohibited Use: You may not resell, distribute, or otherwise make the content available to third parties outside your agency without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use of the service may result in termination of your subscription.

4. Content Ownership

• Our Content: All content provided through UpLevel Academy by UpLevel Suite, including videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of UpLevel Suite and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our permission.
• User-Generated Content: If you contribute any content to the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the service.

5. Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to UpLevel Academy by UpLevel Suite at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Up Level Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UpLevel Suite, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
